Meeting Schedule & Notices
Regular Board of Directors meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month, unless otherwise noted. These meetings are open to all homeowners and cover community updates, finances, maintenance, and project planning. The Annual Meeting is held on the second Tuesday of May each year, followed by the Organizational Meeting, where board roles are assigned.
All meeting dates are posted on the community calendar, and if a detailed agenda is available, it will be shared in advance to help residents prepare and participate. Be sure to check back regularly for notices, schedule changes, or additional meeting details. Your involvement helps keep Oak Hills strong and connected.

Meeting Agendas
To promote transparency, consistency, and effective governance, all HOA meetings follow a standard agenda format based on the type of meeting being held. Agendas help ensure that important topics are addressed, discussions stay focused, and homeowners have the opportunity to stay informed and participate when appropriate. Meeting agendas are prepared in advance and shared with the members prior to the meeting.
